Terms of Service

You need an account to use Appsupa. Give accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; don’t share your login.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.

Appsupa Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT. By subscribing you also agree to Dodo Payments’ terms for the purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

If a payment fails we’ll retry it for a few days; if it still fails, access pauses until the payment goes through. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You may use Appsupa for your own research and business decisions, and share insights from it in your own work. You may not:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically copy the data, or use bots or scripts to access the service;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the data or access to it, or build a competing product or dataset from it;
• share your account, or get around usage limits, access controls or security measures;
• use the service for anything unlawful or to harm others.

We measure usage to keep the service fair and may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Revenue, downloads and other figures in Appsupa are estimates built from public store data and statistical models. They can be wrong, are provided for information only and are not financial, legal or investment advice. App names, icons and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown for identification and research.

We work to keep Appsupa available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue the service we’ll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Appsupa, its software, design, models and compiled datasets belong to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while it’s active, under these terms.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or decisions made using the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

You can stop using Appsupa and cancel at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we close it without a breach on your part, we’ll refund the unused part of your current period.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
